The 50 Day Diet is a diet known among supporters of pro ana. It is an extremely strict diet that is almost impossible to sustain. The diet is definitely not recommended for people who want to lose weight. Actually, it is advisable to nobody who wants to be healthy. You can never eat more than 500 calories a day, while the diet lasts up to 50 days. The average number of calories is a staggering 272 per day.

Unhealthy low in calories
This diet is used by people with anorexia, which indicates that it can't be a healthy diet. Actually there are no rules in this diet. Only a calorie restriction.
